There are a few reasons why appliances get classed as graded, these reasons include packaging damaged in warehouse, slight cosmetic damage and failed customer delivery.
Its important to remember that all our graded appliances are protected by the manufacturer's warranty covering their functionality. This means if the appliance breaks down within the warranty period, the manufacturer will honour the terms of the warranty.
